Three steps to fan-out
Download & install
Run the installer above. Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt — click More info → Run anyway.
Point the game at it
In your game's telemetry settings, set the UDP output IP to 127.0.0.1 and the port the relay listens on (auto-set per game profile).
Add destinations
In the relay, add each app or PC as a destination, set an optional rate cap, and toggle it on. Done.
